Problem Design a movie poster for an original movie title. Solution I created this poster for a movie starring Zorg, an alien Captain who is trying to save Mars from global desolation. My sister and I developed this character when we were kids. I created Zorg and the robots in Photoshop, using clippings from royalty free images and textures. A+
Problem Design a cereal box cover. Solution For this assignment, I thought it would be fun to use the character from the movie poster in a totally different style of artwork. I sketched the character with pen and paper and then developed the final design in Illustrator. A+
Problem Design a book cover. Solution For this project I really wanted the theme to reflect classic horror stories. This monster was a character I came up with as a kid. The basic design was roughly sketched out in pencil. Then the final design and fine details were rendered in pen. A+

Problem Design an advertisement for a bubblegum company. Solution This assignment was created in Photoshop, using elements from royalty free images. B+
Problem Design a soup can label for a fictional soup. Solution This soup can label was inspired by the Marvel character, The Incredible Hulk. I had a lot of fun with the theme and details in this design. Although completely fictional, I wanted it to look as if this soup can might actually contain live Hulk DNA. The design was completed using Photoshop. B
Problem Create a generic advertisement. Solution I created this advertisement using my own photography. Its was interesting trying to market a generic product as its own Brand. This piece was completed in Photoshop. A

Problem A local car club wanted a poster for their events. Solution The theme of this car club was "Being crazy for air cooled power." What better way to visually represent "crazy" than with a monster. The monster I designed became a character used frequently in the car club's media. The poster was completed in Photoshop. N/A

B Problem Design and print a booklet of your work. Create the design and layout in InDesign. Solution I designed this booklet, showcasing some of my work and printed it on 11.5inX17in paper.
