In ePublishing I became familiar with the various file formats for ePublications, as well as, the difference between the traditional publishing workflow pipelines and ePublishing pipelines. I also learned how to properly manage assets for content and rights. I have recently gained experience with creating content-based metadata in regards to eMedia standards. My lab assignments included creating different types of eBooks with a wide range of interactivity from static text to ePublications with interactive maps and images.
