I took the background of sunflowers and a sky and combined them together. Then I grabbed the model and placed her on the right side of the picture. I used the mask tool to make it give a blur effect around her. I used the brush tool and gave it the dots that you see floating above her head. I also used this method to make it look like her headpiece is deteriorating. I used an outer glow on the model to give the hue effect.
