INTECHA is a company project that I led where we had to create a business proposal for a mobile marketing company.
The proposal consisted of an executive summary, company description, market research, product/service line, and marketing & sales.
A BHR is currently being created and should be viewable to the public by the end of 2016.

During my Industrial & Consumer Sales course, I did a SWOT analysis on the company LUSH Cosmetics to gain an understanding of how the company functions and have the ability to create a marketing/promotional mix for our own company (and product) created for that project.

The PostNet Interim Report was a project that allowed me to apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methods to help solve a problem in an actual workplace.
We had to investigate what the problem is and how it impacted the company and then create an improvement cycle that could be implemented into the company to help solve said problem.

A commercial break analysis report was created to gain an understanding of the patterns used in television stations and why certain commercials will appear at certain times rather than others. A commercial spreadsheet was created over the course of 4 hours and then research for this project.
