Busy schedules, stress, and work all can really wear down our body and mind. Yoga and Pilates really help the body gain strength and serve as a stress reliever. However, with such busy schedules we tend to lose that energy that drives us to achieve our daily tasks. That’s why drinking an energizing smoothie is essential.

The following smoothie is all natural, so it’s good for your body. It contains real fruit, withe vitamins that give you the energy you need. The smoothie is great after a busy day or before getting your day started. The pineapple, mango, and orange give your body immune system boosting Vitamin C that is also essential for energy and the cantaloupe provides Vitamin B6 which provides energy throughout the day.

Ingredients:

• ½ frozen pineapple juice OR 1/2 cup of orange juice and 1/2 cup of ice

• 1 whole mango, cubed, fresh or frozen

• 1 cup of pineapple, cubed, fresh or frozen

• 1 cup of cantaloupe, cubed, fresh or frozen

• ½ cup of orange pieces, cubed, fresh or frozen

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to the blender

2. Blend till smooth and enjoy!
