30 Min of Mat and 30 Min of Barre, the perfect lunch hour class to get all your major muscle groups in. We start with going deep into the core and flowing through classical Pilates mat moves. For the second half we challenge your gluts and legs with barre work: think squats, plies, lower body sculpting. Then class ends with stretching and/or arm toning exercises with lightweights.
Make sure to bring your mat! Weights are provided.

Trying for those long lean muscles? An energetic and fun workout that allows you to lengthen and strength your muscles. Unlike a regular barre class, this class moves classical barre exercise to the center of the room, while adding in some dance moves. Some equipment might be used in class: ball, band or low weights. Please bring mat for groundwork. No prior dance training required.

This class is done on perhaps the most renowned of all Pilates equipment, the Reformer. The Reformer is a sophisticated system of springs, straps, pulleys and a rolling platform. This equipment like all of the Pilates equipment works in two ways:
No experience is necessary for beginners. Limited to 5 participants

An intermediate reformer class flowing through level 1/2 exercises. Challenging class focusing on Powerhouse strength and stability. You must be familiar with Pilates equipment.

Barefoot class-don't forget your mat!
A mat class with additional and more challenging exercises taught. Emphasis on flow, quality of movement, and compound dynamic and rhythmic movements rather than isolation exercises. Work towards alignment, preventing, and rehabilitating injury. Cultivate mindfulness in your movement and relieves stress. Strengthen and tone legs, arms, and back.
It is recommended to take a few beginner friendly classes before beginning level 2/level 3.
