Branding and Social Media Project for The Good Space
August-December 2017
The Good Space- Pilates and Yoga needed to re-brand and revamp their social media platforms to increase their visibility to attract new clients. I worked as team leader with three group members, Social Mix, to develop three personas using customer and potential customer surveys so we could re-brand and create a targeted social media marketing strategy. We created a new website with a proper website architecture and updated graphic elements, as well as sample posts and a social media strategy based on the developed personas to help the Good Space attract their target audience.
Company Research
In order to help the Good Space re-brand and attract new clients, we need to understand where they currently stand. We researched their followers, their current website, and their branding to see the changes that are needed.
Followerwonk allowed us to see data on their followers, and we discovered that the company needed to alter when they are active so that they align with when their followers are active.
Their social media posts needed to be streamlined with a consistent, modernized brand and their website needed to be revamped for a better user interface.
Target Audience Research & Personas
The Good Space wanted to know what their customers wants and needs were and have a more refined target audience so that they could connect with current or potential clients on social media.
We conducted phone interviews with current customers and an online survey using SurveyMonkey.
We compiled the data and created three personas to help the Good Space design their social media post to better target current and potential clients by creating content that they would find relevant.
