GRAPHIC DESIGN

This page consists of all the graphic design work I have done at the University of Houston and the Art Institute of Houston.

Most of these have been created using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

An Apple a Day

This was made in Adobe Illustrator. In this assignment I drew different blades of grass and set them as a pattern that I later copied and pasted multiple times.

I do not recommend throwing apples at people.

Vector O's

This was made in adobe Illustrator. This assignment consists of vector graphics in shape of cereal. Everything was drawn by using the Pen tool in Illustrator. The hearts are marshmallows, the skulls are vanilla, and the cheerios are chocolate flavored.

The Venezia Connection Movie Poster

This was made in Adobe Photoshop. This is a poster design for a movie loosely based on an Italian Don who has started contemplating his life.

The Don in this poster was played by my uncle.

Old Picture Restoration

This was restored using Adobe Photoshop. The old picture was provided by Prof. Monika Alters. I corrected the tear on the image, the discoloration, and edited out the stains.

Ben Franklin Day Poster

This was made in adobe Photoshop. This is a poster design for the Ben Franklin Day. The flower used in this poster was named after Ben Franklin.

I submitted this for the GCEA poster design competition.

Chips Packet Design

This was made in Adobe Photoshop. This was inspired by Lays' chips packet. Images used in this were taken from Google Images.

Nature vs. Mankind

This was made in Adobe Illustrator. This is another version of the 'An Apple a Day'.  This assignment portrays that nature is more powerful than humankind.

Silent Spring

This was made in Adobe Photoshop. This is a poster design for a milk company. The milk dripping from the model's arm was drawn in Photoshop using the Pen Tool. The shadows and effects were added using the Bevel and Emboss functions.
