Paul Avendano's Web Site

Hello I’m Paul Avendano and I’m a Digital Media Student. My work consists of video production, graphic design, print, photography and web design. My parents are Colombian, but I was born in Houston Texas. I can speak and can read both English, Spanish, and some Japanese.

 

I've been attending the University of Houston as a full time student, and I also work full time at Leslie's Pool Supplies. I have worked there for 14 years, but I originally worked for Warehouse Pool Supply. I started at the bottom but I am now an Assistant Manager where I have learned to multi-task, delegating to other employees, inventory management, training, shop work, customer service, and conduct store meetings.

 

I will be graduating from the University of Houston in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media and a minor in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. With my experience from the Digital Media program I have gained and sharpened my knowledge and skills. I have learned how to get the right message across the right platform at the right time using the right media.
