This was the final project for my Team Leadership class. The objective of the project was to form a group and create a company as well as project proposal. Our company's name was Team Geo and our project idea was to provide Houstonians with another viable option for residential heating and cooling with a Geothermal system. We started off at a disadvantage because we were short a member compared to other teams. Because of this, everyone stepped up and carried the extra load of work. This has brought our team closer together and as a result, our project was really well received. Our team got along really well, and this was one of my favorite teams to be in.

This was the final project for my Entrepreneurship class. The objective of the project was to form a group and create company as well as business proposal to get an investment from our professor. Our group consist of 3 member and we decided to start a bakery company named Sweetest Treats. Again, like every other group project I was in, everyone got along and worked really well together.

This was the final project for my Quality Improvement class. The objective of the project was to use my knowledge of lean six sigma and quality improvement I've learn in that class to create a quality improvement plan for a current or past job. The plan needs to identify a problem in the production process of that job and then propose ways to improve it. I chose to create a quality improvement plan for my old job at PPS where I repair/refurbished cell phones. I did really well on this project, and the professor noted that this was one of the best written paper that he has read.

This was the final project for my Costing in Digital Media class. The objective of the project was to form a group and create a company as well as a business plan to solicit investment from students in a business class. We created a branding company named BRAND NEW. We then constructed a business plan using BHRs and other knowledge we learn throughout the year of our costing class. Our group got along and worked together really well. We did pretty well on our proposal and got investment needed to start our company.
